A 3 week Prenatal and Postpartum Mini Series
Saturday Mornings
Our Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Series is curated and led by Courtney Pare @Cnyyogagirl, a 200h YTT with advanced training in Prenatal (85-hour), Pelvic floor (15-hour), Chair (25-hour), and Restorative (25-hour) yoga.
Prenatal yoga is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy by guiding you to release tension stored throughout the body and creating time for you to connect with your baby and prepare you for labor.
It features a gentle, thoughtfully sequenced flow that leads to a peak pose, working on strengthening the pelvic floor and a concentration on breathwork woven throughout, ending in a relaxing supported savasana.
In our Postpartum yoga series we'll explore gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative poses to support your healing journey. Babies under 9 months old are welcome, so you can care for yourself while staying close to your little one. Each class is designed to help rebuild core strength, deepen awareness of the pelvic floor, and offer a safe, supportive space to connect with other moms in the community.

Move to Melt
This 4 week 75min series is hosted on Sundays at 10am
led by Cory Miller 500h YTT.
Discover a balance between movement and stillness in this 4-week series that honors both your active and still sides.
Each session begins with mindful yoga flow to build heat, strengthen your body and explore fluid movement.
We'll then transition into longer-held yin poses and restorative stretches, allowing your muscles to release, your fascia to soften and your nervous system to settle deeply.
No yoga experience necessary.
Private Sessions
Now offering 1:1 or small group (4 or less) private Yoga sessions.
This is for clients who want a premium, high-end experience with deep support and technical knowledge.
Private sessions offer a level of precision and progression that a group class simply can’t match. We’ll break down the mechanics of your movement, build functional strength, and refine your practice with undivided expert attention.
Our Focus: Advanced alignment, strength, stress reduction, philosophy, and deep connection.
