Our Focus is on health promotion and disease prevention through the practice of integrative & functional medicine
Integrative and Functional Medicine is a personalized, root-cause approach to health care that looks beyond symptoms to understand the why behind illness. It blends the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies—focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, mind-body connection, hormonal balance, gut health, and more.
Our specialized medical practice incorporates several disciplines to optimize and heal your specific issue. Your treatment plan may include traditional medical testing and care while incorporating chiropractic care, acupuncture, yoga, massage therapy, or behavioral therapy to aid you in your holistic healing process.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all solution, this approach honors the uniqueness of each person. The goal is to restore optimal function, prevent chronic disease, and support long-term wellness from the inside out.
Your first visit will be thorough, compassionate, and centered entirely around you. We’ll take about 2 hours to understand your full health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
This may include:
A comprehensive review of symptoms and past medical records, including labs or diagnostic testing
Discussion of nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and environment
Targeted lab and or diagnostic testing to identify imbalances or root causes
A personalized care plan including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and, if needed, conventional treatments
Follow-up visits are as needed and up to 1 hour in order to give you the time and support you deserve, while adjusting your specific wellness plan as your body heals and your needs evolve.
You’re not just a patient—you’re an active partner in your health journey.

We are a cash based health care model in order to provide you with the best care possible
A cash-based practice does not have contracts with insurance companies. They are out-of-network providers who charge patients directly for their services which eliminates the need for medical billing. At the completion of each visit you will be given a Superbill with appropriate diagnosis codes and fees outlined so you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cash-based practices don’t have as many restrictions on what services they can offer. The self-pay pricing is less expensive than insurance company's high deductibles. With this, there is no longer a third-party payer who has a say in what treatment plans patients receive. This give patients more access to lab and diagnostic testing along with more comprehensive care.
