Rory Herrema 200HR YTT
Rory is an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher with a passion for wellness and philosophy. She began practicing yoga in 2020 as a way to manage stress during the pandemic. What started as a personal stress-relief practice quickly grew into a passion for yoga philosophy and holistic wellness. After four years of dedicated practice, in May 2024, she chose to pursue her teacher certification to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others. After a four week intensive teacher training, her teaching philosophy focuses on creating inclusive and accessible spaces where individuals can explore not only physical movement but also emotional wellness and yoga philosophy. Outside of yoga, Rory enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time outside.
