At Salt City Holistic Health, we believe that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Our diverse team of Mental Health Practitioners blends together a rich tapestry of backgrounds, specialties, and lived experiences to meet you exactly where you are.
By integrating mind, and spirit, into our healing approach, we provide a holistic sanctuary where every facet of your wellness is honored and supported.
I’m an OCD and panic disorder therapist who specializes in CBT and ERP. I work with people who are exhausted from living in their heads, stuck in intrusive thoughts, panic loops, and constant “what ifs,” and want their lives back.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and very real. I’m not here to force exposures or give you generic coping skills. I help you understand how anxiety and OCD actually work, and then we practice responding differently so you can stop organizing your life around fear.
I also have an anxious brain, so I get how convincing these patterns can feel. Therapy with me is direct, practical, and focused on helping you build real confidence in your ability to handle discomfort.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help adults navigate grief and seasons of uncertainty.
Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, experiencing anxiety from all of life’s “what ifs”, facing the challenges of living with a chronic illness, or if reality feels far off from the dreams you always had for your life —you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can make space for your pain, cultivate hope, and create something meaningful from where you are now.

Nick Ristoff, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping adult men and teens navigate life with greater understanding. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy is intentional and grounded in the whole person.
My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by taking a whole-body, integrative approach, recognizing that mental health is closely connected to physical health, lifestyle, daily habits, health history and chronic illness.
I have supported individuals facing complex emotional, relational, and life challenges. These experiences have shaped my clinical approach and reinforced the importance timely care and intervention. One goal in private practice is to offer a higher quality of care allowing more time, focus, and intention devoted to each client.
